L'Arche Harbor House..... hope in a divided world 

Solidarity with L’Arche Communities in Developing Countries:  

Solidarity is a program set up by the L’Arche USA communities to give financial support to L’Arche communities in the southern hemisphere (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil).   We are sensitive to the needs of L’Arche in countries were no government funding exists.  The priorities of Solidarity are to support regional formation and subsidize operation budgets if a community is in crisis due to economic restraints.  To respond to these needs the program depends upon volunteer contributions from L’Arche communities and any donor who wishes to contribute.  Donations designated for the solidarity fund as well as for L’Arche Harbor House are welcome and tax deductible.  Please indicate "Solidarity Fund" in the memo portion of your check.
